The Almshouse was reconstructed from the almshouse of the Holy Spirits Church in 1658 and is known to be the oldest building in Parnu. Guests can start their day with a breakfast buffet in the morning and relax in the hotels sauna after a long walk around the town. The hotel also offers a dining room, room service, non-smoking rooms, interior corridors, and free private parking. There is also a restaurant called Seegi Maja. Free private parking is possible on site but reservation is needed. Decorated in a unique 17th century style, all rooms are equipped with bathrooms, shower, TVs, telephones, and Wi-Fi connection. The hotel has two suites, one with sauna and the other with a Jacuzzi. Children age six and under can stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding.
